SILENI is the drum’n’bass alter ego of Chris Leamy, from Weymouth MA. Although most activity was roughly between 1998 and 2008 (including multiple releases on Outsider, Offshore, Planet Mu, Subtle Audio, Subvert Central, Microfunk, Thermal, etc.), these days Sileni will still turn up and play a set of sick arty-farty leftfield d’n’b that also bangs, if the party is cool. Besides d’n’b, Chris releases techno-y related stuff as XEN CHRON and also is a lifelong dabbler in extreme metal and grindcore.
