History:
Quentin Hiatus is an Arizona-based drum and bass producer and DJ known for his innovative and versatile sound, which blends deep, atmospheric elements with intricate rhythms. He is the founder of the ultra-creative Free Love Digi record label, which he started in 2011 and has used to release much of his work, including albums like "Equator People L.P." and "fld:4evr." His music has been featured on a wide variety of labels, including Ram Records, Spearhead Records, Goldfat Records, 1 More Thing, Unchained Recordings, None60, Program Records, Translation Recordings, Onset Audio, IM:Ltd, Heavy Artillery, Section 8 Records, Noctem Audio, Plush Recordings, Ultragore, and more. He has also been featured in media outlets such as Drum & Bass Arena, UKF, Dj Mag, Mixmag, Knowledge Magazine, and his music has been supported on BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 6, in addition to a who’s who of scenesters spanning the globe.

Lore:
Ancient and unborn sparks, hear me now as I relate the tale of the firstborn son of Quintonius, the sage you know as Quentin Hiatus. He grew in the womb as a thought in the mind, springing forth like Athena from the skull of Zeus. As a young spirit, he ran with the Wolfpack, taught each day to Ride the Snake and Jump-Off from the jagged cliffs of hesitation. Earthborn children told stories and called him Beastman, scurrying into the night in fear of him. As the years past, he cultivated the Solo System and emerged from the wild, determined to Experience the Mysterious. Guided by the great master Sophos, he mastered the art of formtranse.
